College Information

Plunket College opened its doors to its first students in
September 1967 under the direction of the City of Dublin
Vocational Education Committee. Since then
it has catered most satisfactorily and comprehensively for
the educational needs of tens of thousands of students from
the Whitehall area and indeed much further afield. Our
student polpulation is now more senior in profile with many
students following PLC, Repeat Leaving Certificate and
adult courses, both by day and by night.
The College is situated on the main Swords Road,
opposite the Regency Hotel. Its prime location on this
busy thoroughfare makes it readily accessible to students
from Dublin city and county and also adjoining counties,
particularly Meath and Louth.
